We are now seeking for our new Warehouse Manager to Torslanda, Låssby and offer you the possibility to join a company with an exciting environment characterized by high speed and similar lean principles.
About the role.
In the role as a Warehouse Manager, you will lead and develop the warehouse activities so that the material flow is secure and optimal from incoming to dispatch. You are assigned to ensure its running in full compliance with lean, operations and manufacturing excellence strategy. In your role you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
As a Warehouse Manager at IAC you will focus on increasing the performance and productivity of the team and the site while keeping the internal as external customer requirements at the forefront of all activities. You need to make sure the team work with continuous improvement and beating the budget on manning, scrap and forklift cost. You will be working closely with the management team to ensure smooth implementation of new products, changes on products/process and quality assurance.

This is the role for you who want to be challenged and like to support your group to achieve their goals. As a Warehouse Manager at IAC, you become responsible for approximately 80 employees. Your immediate group includes 3 supervisors who are responsible for each shift and a number of employees.
- Develop, manage and distribute work to the warehouse using level loading and similar lean principles.
- Lead daily area and functional meetings and monitor efficiencies.
- Drive problem solving and root cause activities using PPS and similar methodology.
- Drive the technical and innovative development of the warehouse.
- Prepare and monitor staffing plan and to ensure that the budget is fulfilled, budget forecasting and analysis.
- Ensure that the equipment, machines etc. are kept and maintained in an optimal running stage.
You are self-going, flexible and have a high level of drive and personal commitment, not afraid of seeking new ways of working and take active part in improving internal efficiency. You are working well under pressure, and engaging at all levels of the organization both internally and externally. You have well-developed leadership skills with influencing capabilities and high problem solving skills with drive for continuous improvement.
In order to be successful in this position we believe that you are well driven with previous experience as a Warehouse Manager in a fast moving environment, preferably JIT. With an average of at least 5 years’ experience of managing a team. You must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to speak Swedish and English fluently. It’s a plus if you have a bachelor’s degree or project experience.
