About the job
In this role you will join a team within Human Resources responsible for securing that SEB has the ability to attract, recruit, onboard, develop and leverage the potential of the naturally existing diverse human talent available. As our global process owner you will be responsible for defining the assigned processes’ mission, vision, tactics, goals and objectives as well as setting KPIs aligned with SEB’s strategies.
We want you to bring forefront thinking into SEB’s defined processes and drive continuous improvements. All improvement plans need to be synchronized with other processes, to ensure the best process design and that relevant business requirement always are included.
Your role and work will be very important for the global implementation of the talent management processes using world class change management tools & methods. In this role you will work closely with the Talent Management team in Vilnius.

You are a strategic thinker and explorer, curious to unleash the potential of people & organizations and to adopt new ways of working. You are always open and ready to engage and drive change initiatives. You share opinions courageously, problem solve and make quick and thoughtful decisions.
Ideally you have process management experience. You are systemic, analytical and creative when it comes to process design and innovation. Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative and teambuilding mindset paired with excellent communication skills are crucial in this role.
You are fluent in English, both oral and written.
