We are looking for a Solution Developer for Front Arena which is one of SEBs strategic financial solution platforms for Commodities, Investment Products, Security Lending, and Fixed Income.

The Front Arena team is fast growing and we believe in a team that is engaged, open, collaborative, and creative in finding stable solutions. We are part of SEB Technology Trading Group, and we are in Solna, in SEBs very nice and modern office in Arenastaden, closely located to Mall of Scandinavia and Communications.

We face many daily challenges since we are responsible that our trading platform is always available. Since we handle incidents, we find new ways to improve the system and learn how to be more efficient.
As a new team member, you can expect to learn about Prime Front Arena, different financial products like Commodities, Investment Products, Security Lending, and Fixed Income. You will also contribute new ideas and develop new features for the system.

In the Front Arena team, you will work in a dynamic environment, being part of a dedicated team that is interacting with our Trading, Risk and Back office units on a daily basis. The team's responsibility is to understand the business requirements and convert these into application functionality as well as co-ordinate incident handling and problem-solving between multiple parties.
You will work with several Trading applications, participate in implementation projects and integrations as well as contribute to discussions on how the trading platform can be developed to increase business value.
We are looking for
To be successful in this position you need to have: * Knowledge about system management and coding in eg Python and/or SQL * Experiences of Front Arena or similar financial systems * Knowledge about financial trading and different financial products * Practice from an agile way of working, preferably Scrum * Excellent communication abilities in both Swedish and English
You are communicative and like to work in a team and share knowledge with others. You are eager to learn new things and not afraid to challenge your colleagues in their mindset. You are structured, self-going, and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
