Service & Research Engineer – Analytical Development to Camurus in Lund

Camurus is looking to strengthen the Research & Development organization with a Service & Research Engineer.
As Service & Research Engineer you will be part of the Analytical Development team and report directly to the Director of Analytical Development. You will be responsible for a number of instruments, as e.g. HPLC, GC, Safety benches, climate chambers etc., perform usual maintenance and troubleshooting and verify that service is performed at regular intervals. You can also be involved in risk assessment of facilities and material used in R&D. Other responsibilities include analytical support of process and formulation development, release and stability testing of drug product candidates, writing or revising of analytical procedures and/or SOP's, and contributing with technical/analytical expertise in project- and working groups.
You preferably have a university education, but most important is a proven track record of several years’ experience as a service technician or analytical chemist with instrument-responsibility focus. Experience from method development and qualification using chromatographic techniques is a merit.
If you have been working in compliance with GMP/GLP and other regulatory requirements this is an advantage.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Swedish is an advantage. You are motivated by working both independently and in a team in a structured and goal-oriented way. Furthermore, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment. You are used to working with the Office package.
