The Parts and Aftermarket Support department in the WI Product Management organization is responsible for the Spare Part Business related to the Water Infrastructure products. This is an important part of our global offer providing a significant value to our customers and owners. We have the full responsibility for the parts to the Transport and Dewatering products and a tight cooperation with Treatment organization and their aftermarket.
To the department Parts and Aftermarket Support in Sundbyberg we are now looking for an experienced Business analyst and developer. This person will strengthen our current capability to develop our strategies and grow the parts business in the future.
The Senior Parts Business Analyst leads business development projects related to the Parts business, but will also participate in strategical and tactical activities like activity plans, roadmaps, campaigns, product launches and internal/external communication initiatives in the department. Ownership of the IT-systems related to the parts business is also included in the role.
You have a MBA and/or MSc degree in Mechanics or Electro-technique and minimum 5-10 years experiences from management or strategic positions in Service or Parts business. You have been working in an international B2B environment and are familiar with the challenges in a large enterprise organization.
The daily work in the department is a mix of technical and business related tasks, so a wide understanding of technology in combination with a good business instinct is necessary.
You are an experienced traveller and know how to get around in the world and meet people from different cultures.
You recognize yourself in our core competencies - continuous improvement mindset, inspiring accountability and cross-boundary collaboration - which are a contributing factor to the company´s success.
You are a self-starter with high motivation to achieve strategical and tactical goals. You combine analytical skills with drive and a capability to motivate and lead the people around you.
