In this role you are the link between Thule and our customers and your main task is to serve our customers with the information they may need, e.g what product that will fit the customers need, delivery times, technical advises and/or claim management. Your focus is a professional response on time, a high level of service and the goal of both maintaining and developing existing and new customer relations. You will mainly work with our customers but also occasionally with our consumers. Beside this you will fill an administrative role and support our Key Account Managers with information such as order statistics, master data, customer accounts and pricelists.

You have an academical degree within business, marketing or logistics or a longer comparable working experience together with experience from a similar position. Experience from using ERP-systems, Microsoft Office 365 is required as well as fluency in English, both speaking, reading and writing. If you have knowledge of more languages such as German or French this is considered highly appreciated.
