As part of Tetra Pak Services’ ambitious growth strategy, we are rapidly developing our online sales capability within a broad programme of digitalisation. We are now taking the step to enlarge the product portfolio we offer our customers by introducing a marketplace solution.
What you will do
The Seller Integration Manager’s primary responsibility is ensuring quick and easy onboarding of new sellers to the Tetra Pak Services marketplace. You will be responsible for creating and documenting all relevant processes. You will drive and support both technical and business topics that impact seller onboarding and the scalability of the marketplace within the organisation.
In this position, you will set up new sellers, guide them in their preparations, demonstrate our systems and processes and train the sellers how to sell their products and process orders on the Tetra Pak Services marketplace. You will work closely with the seller recruitment team, e-Business team and internal technical teams.
You will focus on
- Helping drive the project to implement the marketplace platform until go-live.
- Explaining and demonstrating the on-boarding process and integration options to sellers
- Understanding sellers’ business and technologies to ensure they integrate via the most efficient and scalable option.
- Being a specialist on our marketplace platform.
- Assisting the sellers in testing technical integrations and train sellers on using the back-office.
- Supporting sellers on-boarding their catalogue to the platform.
- Being the first point of contact for sellers in case of functional issues and provide on-going support to sellers.
- Collaborating with seller recruitment team to exceed on-boarding KPIs.
- Creating and maintaining on-boarding documentation.
Who you are
You have 3+ years’ experience in an integration, on-boarding or solutions consulting role, preferably related to e-Commerce marketplaces. You have an academic background within Software and/or Business Management and a natural capacity to work proactively and create results, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships. You are comfortable working with and talking about APIs, integrations and product data to business and non-business stakeholders. You are highly customer-centric and have excellent communication and presentation skills, through written and spoken English.
