As a Manager of the Project Office your prime task will be to further develop our project management capability, and thereby also the team of Project Managers. Other tasks will be responsibility for the Tactical Systems estimations and resource management. You will represent the Tactical Systems' technology areas internally at Saab and externally towards customers, suppliers and partners. You will also be part of the Tactical Systems' management team where you are involved in developing the entire area's capabilities.
This is a demanding as well as fun assignment that will allow personal development, where the objective is to ensure an efficient and prosperous operation that pursues appropriate processes, methods, tools and a sound product development. The organizational challenge is to further develop the project management expertise, efficient ways of working and maintaining a wealthy environment, technically as well as from a human point of view.
You would be responsible for a section consisting of approximately 20 employees.

You have a Masters Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management. Minimum 5-10 years of industrial working experience combined with a high interest in people management. You promote new ideas and solutions and work with continuous improvements.
It is an advantage if you have experience from complex systems and/or software development. This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
