In this position you will work with development of our business opportunities. The main focus is business development of After Sales Solutions for the Gripen Aircraft. In our business plan we set the business strategy for the upcoming years and you will be a part of both setting the targets and making them happen. Much of our work is performed in close cooperation with Business Area Aeronautics who has the main responsibility for marketing and sales of the Gripen Aircraft. The work will include all the steps of our winning business process, from initial contacts, during business development and offering to negotiations and signing of contracts.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales and your main role will be to coordinate the After Sales Solutions in the overall Saab Gripen country teams. The key aspect is to set up a strategy to win business together with Aeronautics. You will also take part in other tasks such as market messages, business intelligence, and organizing and representing Saab and Gripen in several different contexts. Traveling to your prospect countries will be a part of your work.

- Experience as a leader or manager
- Good knowledge of working with After Sales or Support Solutions of complex systems.
- Good understanding of diffrent business modell
- Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
- Experience from working with setting strategies.
- Experience from working in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Knowlege of the Gripen support system
You should have the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational actions, enjoy working with business development in a complex environment, have a pragmatic view and like to work hard under intense periods.
You have a technical or business university degree or have experience from marketing and sales of products acquired by foreign authorities.

Business unit Gripen Support manages Gripen business within Support and Services and provides a focal point for customers and partners. We provide support for the Gripen system including a range of products and services e.g. technical support, maintenance, ground support equipment, component repair, services for advanced electronic systems, as well as advanced logistics supply services. We also offer maintenance concepts as well as production and implementation of various parts of other maintenance solutions to customers in all domains.
