What you’ll do
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional digital front-end development team consisting of Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers etc. to great achievements! You will report directly to the Tribe Lead for Sales & Marketing and make sure that we reach our targets for digital sales, CRM and Self-Service by delivering an amazing customer experience on Telenor.se. You will work strategically with vision, mission, scope and plans for the team and make sure they deliver the most possible value for our customers and hence Telenor.
You will work closely together with all our other Product Owners to make sure we pull together as a team since our targets are challenging an we are operating in a high paced and very competitive environment. Your primary stakeholders are within sales and product management.
Who are you
You are a business and customer minded, communicative person with strategic thinking who can break down big challenges into plans and priorities. You have probably worked in the interface between business and IT before and have a track record of “getting shit done”. You know that its in the team where the magic happens so your main priority will always be to give them the best possible means to succeed and become the heroes they were born to be. You may have previous leadership experience or just by instinct know you’d do it well if given the chance, but either way you obviously know your way around digital customer journey creation.
