You will be developing and managing the main development processes of our PTD team and you will personally be managing some of our internal and external development projects. You will be working closely with primarily your colleagues in the teams based in Sweden, Belgium and Holland and, through the projects, the global organization, and you will play an important role in developing the AAK project culture and processes
Your main tasks will be to:
- Further develop and manage the global AAK innovation process and the corresponding processes in the PTD team;
- On a high level manage a few products or technology development projects with major impact on the AAK business, internally and externally;
- Manage internal procedures and process compliance within the PTD team;
- Constructively support your colleagues to further develop in project management;

Building on your professional background, you have a strong motivation to impact our business and you are comfortable acting in a role as advisor, where you are supportive as well as challenging when needed. You have excellent analytic skills and a natural ability to communicate complexity in a simple and straightforward manner. You are an independent and outgoing team player with a good eye for details and a structured way of working.
You are characterized by being proactive, customer-oriented, responsible, analytic, well-organized and enthusiastic, and you have a strong personal integrity and a high willingness and ability to share knowledge and experience.
As you will be working globally, you must have an international mindset, supported by a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
