We are growing and looking for a Manufacturing engineer project manager with knowledge and experience of manufacturing engineering from manufacturing industry in welding, machining and assembly. You will lead and participate in improvement work, method and manufacturing flow development to increase the quality and efficiency in our production. You will work with continuous manufacturing engineering work and have a driving role in the development of the company's production. You report to Head of Section Production Engineering.
- Lead projects with a focus on quality, finances and schedule.
- Analyze, develop and streamline our production flows.
- Implement new working methods according to lean principle.
We are looking for you with some years of experience from a similar role, however you might be in your beginning of your career and see this as an important step to develop further. We would like you to have previous experience in working with new development, continuous improvements and method development of production system and equipment. We are looking for you who are persistent and find ways forward to achieve results. You must have the ability to deliver according to set requirements, both technically and financially, according to schedule. As a person you are structured, analytical, goal focused and a motivator. You find it fun and inspiring to work and drive major changes and change processes where you put people and technology in center. You should be able to work independently and also be able to lead others and we believe that you as a project manager engage and inspire your colleagues with clear goals and contribute to a motivating working climate. - Successful experience and skills from leading projects in manufacturing engineering.
- Master of Science in technology with at least one bachelor's degree in Manufacturing /Production engineering or equal.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Good knowledge in Office programs.
- Driving license
- Experience and knowledge from heavy industry, welding, machining and assembly.
- Experience of working with production with submarines and surface ships.
- Knowledge and experience of lean production, 6σ and/or WCM.
- Knowledge and experience working with MPS/ERM.
