CCS Hygien was acquired by Kiilto in March 2019 and today our company is known as KiiltoClean A/S. Based on our DAX hygiene products, we are Sweden’s market leaders in disinfection and hygiene solutions. We have 12 employees in our Swedish organisation and a turnover of around 140 MSEK in 2019. On behalf of our client, KiiltoClean we are now looking for a driven Key Account Manager who will be an important part of driving the business forward. You will work in the area of PCH (Professional Cleanliness and Hygiene)
About the role
In this role you will be a key player in the Swedish commercial team. You will be responsible for expanding customer relationships into long-lasting relationships to ensure that we maintain or improve our position. You will play a crucial part in expanding B2B sales by nurturing existing customer relationships and establishing new long-term relationships to ensure growth. You are able to provide a high level of service and great post-sales customer satisfaction, and the customer’s needs always lie at the heart of your decisions. You build trust and develop strong relationships with customers and resellers to ensure that the correct products and services are offered and delivered in a timely manner. You will also benefit from working with other internal stakeholders in various functions of the business.
You will report to Country Director in Sweden.
Key competencies and experience needed in this position:
- Proven strong results and independent work in B2B sales
- Deep understanding of the Professional Cleaning business and preferably the Swedish HoReCa
- Bachelor’s degree in e.g. Business Admin or similar
- Hands-on and proactive approach combined with a good strategic view
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create customer value
- Excellent people and networking skills with the ability to rapidly identify key customer needs and requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
You will be part of the Swedish Commercial team and we offer you a dynamic working environment with great possibilities to influence your daily work. You will be based at the office in Stockholm/Täby and travelling is required in this position.
