I am currently recruiting an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager for my client, a global-leading staffing agency.

- Market analysis in search of new business opportunities
- Development of commercial presentations
- Attraction of new clients
- Coordination of the commercial appointments
- Closure of commercial agreements with clients
- Commercial prospecting and client accounts follow-up
- Preparation of budgets
- At least 3 years of experience in a staffing agency or digitalisation (e.g. IT, Telco) is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral
- Customer focused
