On behalf of our client an international player within the food and beverage space we are now looking for a Key Account Manager New Business. The company in question is in a big growth phase and is therefore looking to strengthen its sales team with an entirely new headcount. If you enjoy an entrepreneurial mindset but are accustomed to processes and procedures of a large FMCG organisation this is the opportunity for you.
- Search and explore opportunities for enhanced penetration and growth within the assigned category
- Develop Customer Plans with existing and new partners to drive added growth
- Build business partnerships with category/brand team as well as customer marketing, customer development, finance and supply chain
- Work closely with the Brand team and the current Sales Agent to understand the potential within the portfolio and customer landscape to execute your Customer Plans.
- IHM or University Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure across Marketing, Customer Marketing or Customer Management.
- Project and budget management experience
- Solid Business acumen and cross functional understanding and capabilities
- Fluency in Swedish and English
