As a Junior Executive you will help deliver our strategy of shifting the business from a traditional tobacco company to a provider of potentially risk reduced nicotine products. Our growing range of potentially reduced-risk products includes our Next Generation Products, such as vapour and tobacco heating products, and our oral tobacco and nicotine products.

A Junior Executive position can lead to a permanent position in Potentially Risk Reduced Products or one of our other Marketing departments depending on your desire and future aspirations. In the last three years, 31 of our Junior Executives have been promoted within their first year. You will be part of an inspiring program and get the opportunity to network with your fellow Junior Executives in our IDex network.
The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Brand team working with Next Generation products and Potentially Risk Reduced Products (PRRP), driving the development and implementation of brand activities across the Nordics and Netherlands.
You’ll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Execution of brand plans and campaigns to create a strong impact in the market
- Developing campaign activities tailored to the local dynamics across the Nordics and Netherlands
- Monitoring brand performance
- Analysis of market opportunities
- Collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally to drive appropriate action plans
If you’re innovative, result oriented and curious, the Junior Executive position in Branding is the right place for you to start your career.
You finished your Master’s degree in 2017 or 2018 in Marketing or Business. You have a strong interest in being part of an inspiring organisation where you can develop personally.
Key skills needed in these roles:
- Experience with brand management from a FMCG company, agency or other marketing related experience
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Structured with strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point user
- Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
