Are you fluent in Icelandic and enjoy a customer facing position where you also work with translation and marketing tasks? We are looking for a Icelandic speaking Customer Care Representative for our client in Stockholm, who will also work with translation and marketing tasks.
The main tasks for you will be to answer incoming phonecalls and emails from our client's Icelandic customers regarding all matters considering their parking services. You will be our client's ambassador and first point of for the customers who you will be in contact with daily. This includes customer support, handling of incidents and continuous administration of current issues. Your most important task will be to give the great service that all our client's customers deserve. You will also help out in-house with translation tasks and some marketing directed towards Iceland.
Customer Care is open weekdays, 8.00-17.00. This is a full-time position and you should be available to start as soon as possible.

To be a good fit for this role you are service minded, responsible, can take own initiative and feel comfortable working with a telephone. You will naturally treat every customer in a great way and we believe that you have prior experience working in some sort of Customer Care. The pace can vary in the day of a Customer Care Representative and you are used to taking initiative to use the time efficiently when dealing with more intense periods as well as when to work load is lower.
Our client has customers in several different markets and you would work towards the Icelandic market. Because of this it is a requirement that you are fluent in Icelandic as well as English (for internal communication and translation tasks) and Swedish.
