As HR Digitalization Manager you will oversee the current business roles working with the Volvo Cars People Digital Tools and be a key person in the transformation to cloud based technology. As the HR function is undergoing a digital transformation by establishing digital products and product ownership you will play a key role in the immensely exciting journey to ensure a premium user experience and functionality acting as a key role for transition and success. You will play a key role and strongly influence how your own role will evolve during the digital transformation process – but as a baseline we need you to be both interested in the leadership aspects as well as the more technical aspects of the role. Currently the team consists of 13 Business Application Managers and Superusers for a large number of systems.
What you’ll do
In this position you will coach and lead the HR team part of the Digital HR Domain and secure appropriate skills and competences are provided to prioritized digital products. You will drive change with a skilled team to ensure excellence in digital product based deliveries. You will take part in the development of the HR Domain Digital Strategy together with current CED (IT) leadership roles, Head of Digital Tools & Analytics and other important stakeholders. Evolve team members and own roles during the agile transformation and drive for simplification and work with the team to identify opportunities for automation.
Do you fit the profile?
Curiosity, a growth mindset and the willingness to continually learn is key in this position. We are looking for you who has leadership experience but the willingness and a genuine interest in developing operation and people is more important. You need to have very strong collaborative skills and the ability to handle ambiguity and manage change. To be successful in this role you need to bring significant experience (5-8) years in the broader field of digital HR solutions is required, preferably cloud solutions like SAP SuccessFactors. Experience of HRBP work, agile transformation leadership and/or SAP is meriting.
