We are now searching for a HR Business Partner for Worldline Online Acceptance. As a regional HR Business Partner at Worldline Online Acceptance you work broadly within the Human Resources area. You play a key role in the organization and work closely with our managers and teams in order to provide good HR services. Together with the local management you are resposible for the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development.You will also facilitate legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also include coaching, HR administration and process development.
You are a part of an international network of other HR Business Partners in the same business line and you report to the HR Director in Benelux.
We are looking for a person with an Bachelor or master's Degree in HR, PA or equivalent. We see that you have a minimum of five years of experience in a HR Business Partner role and good knowledge of Swedish legislation, labor law and employee relations. You are also familiar with performance management and talent acquisition. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
To be successful in this position you are a person with drive and ambition, who is people and business minded, takes initiative and have excellent communication skills. You have a proven ability to coach and counsel managers. You have the capacity to convince and build-up relationship based on trust and reliability. You are results driven, persistent and flexible. It's essential that you maintain a high-level and up-to-date expertise in the Human Resources area, to provide added value to the business. Furthermore, we see that you are service-oriented, structured and well-organized.
