You will join a Nordic HRBP organization with high ambitions and passion for our business. We work in a matrix organization and you will be part of the Swedish HRBP team. We have now the opportunity to strengthen our team and the position will be based in Bergshamra.
We can offer a business-oriented HR work, where you work close to the business. You will have the ability to both adopt a strategic perspective as well as perform operational work in most parts of the HR area. The main tasks are:
• Hands on, daily support to the leaders in recruitment processes securing we have the right people at the right place.
• Operative support in labor law, negotiations & work environment
• Focus on competence development needs together with managers
• Coach and support leaders in HR questions
• Taking part in and lead different HR-related projects
Who you are:
You have a strong drive and passion to influence how HRs support to the business can make a difference. As a person you are perceived as a trustworthy speaking partner and have excellent communication skills to secure smooth HR-processes. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive changes – you see possibilities and can switch seamlessly between strategically and operative actions.
You have at least 5 years´ experience as a HR professional and a university/business degree in HR or Economics. You have a solid knowledge in Swedish labor law, union negotiations and experience from coaching managers in their people responsibilities.
