What we want you to do
We want you to help us create and maintain a top of the line HR Service centre to provide information and assistance to all our Swedish employees.
Finding ways to simplify processes and share information quickly and easily with employees and managers is essential to business success, employee relations and regulatory compliance.
You will need to use both vision, project management and strong communication skills to create an HR service centre where all employees and managers have access to information and support, via the channel that suits them best – email, phone, chat or a self-service intranet portal.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a multi discipline team of employees, helping them grow and develop, driving integration and understanding between our different HR functions like Payroll, Admin, Recruitment and Operational HR. You will also be responsible for GDRP relates issues, and ensure legal compliance in all our routines and processes. You will be part of the HR management team and report to the VP HR in Sweden.

What we are looking for
When it comes to the requirements for the position, these are the important ones:
- 5+ years’ experience of broad HR work with focus on admin, yearly processes, payroll and/or service centre functions
- Experience managing multi discipline teams of 5 or more
- Proven track record of technical, process design skills, if you have worked with agile methods that is a big plus
- Experience working with service and communications, with demonstrated strong written and spoken English and Swedish
- Experience of working closely with Senior Managers and an ability to engage with, and influence them constructively with the ability to push back when needed
