As our new Global Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will act as an independent function in Tobii Techs Order Management organisation. You will have the opportunity to influence the way we work and make proactive improvements.
This is a 12 month temporary position with the possibility of an extension.
You will be part of a global department and reporting to the Head of Global Customer Care who is based in our HQ in Stockholm.
The role and responsibilities
As our new GOFS (wow, what a great acronym) you will be responsible for managing customer contact, orders and credits from both End-Users and B2B Customers. You will also be expected to help us find ways to improve, educate and help us to become better and more efficient. You will also play a key part in monitoring and handling our different channels network such as Amazon marketplaces & Newegg.
Your days will be filled with
- Order handling and Reseller Account Management
- Maintaining and improving existing processes
- Communication with internal/external customers in the context of order & delivery management
- Keeping our CRM system updated
- Invoicing of orders and credit request handling

We are looking for someone who
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) since English will be used daily
- 2-3 years’ experience from Sales, Order management & experience with End-Users & B2B contact
- CRM & ERP System preferably Visma
- Experience with Ecommerce solutions such as Woocommerce
We find it to be a strong merit if you also have skills in PowerBi, Excel, Zendesk and/or Hubspot.
