K2 Corporate Mobility is an independent global mobility relocation and services provider. K2 deliver bespoke, distraction-free and impartial solutions for the full suite of services covering global relocations and assignments. We are now recruiting for the position of a Finance & Invoice Administrator to our office in Malmö!
In this role you will serve as the point of contact within the K2 Scandinavian team taking ownership of supporting billing and invoicing, annual audits, ongoing quality control measures, process review and account reporting. You are located in our office in Malmö, although you will collaborate daily with colleagues globally, especially in our HQ in London. This position is divided into three areas: Finance, Account Management and Quality Control.
Main areas of focus:
Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all our client invoices are issued in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines
Liaise with HQ Accounts Payable to ensure supplier invoices are accurately approved and paid within the stipulated timelines
Assist with implementation and account set up in K2's operational systems with invoicing data and ensure all data is kept up to date, maintaining a high level of data accuracy
Support the team in the executing of the implementation plan when on boarding new accounts regarding services requirements, supply chain and invoicing procedures on the Vadaccount
Audit client account briefs, documents and reports to ensure full compliance and high level of service is continuously delivered
Support appointed client account manager with monthly/quarterly client reports and attend client relationship meetings when required
Support Finance with end of month statistics
Other responsibilities include:
Assist in maintaining and developing the quality control certifications obtained
Assist line managers with on boarding new staff
Conduct internal audits and maintain office structure and processes
To be successful in this position we believe you to have a degree in finance or economics. You have 1-2 years of experience from a similar role, preferably within accounting or billing. You master English in speaking and writing as this is our business language. Other language skills are considered a plus.
You are positive, eager to learn and carry a pro-active approach. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your problem-solving skills and self-motivating working style, along with your accuracy with details, will help you succeed in this role. As you will be in daily contact with several international colleagues and partners we believe you to have excellent communications skills and an ability to prioritize efficiently.
