About the role:
This is a key role for Croda Nordica. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding the relationships with key accounts in the Nordics. You are responsible for achieving budgeted revenue, margin and growth. You take ownership of developing your customer portfolio and ensure that we remain the preferred supplier.
You are responsible for sales of products in the Smart Materials, meaning Paints & Coatings (www.crodacoatingsandpolymers.com) and Polymers & Additives (www.crodapolymeradditives.com) business area. The position will be based at the office in Malmö.
- Responsible for increasing sales and gross margin in line with objectives and strategic plan
- Sales plan & sales budget
- Develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities
- Strategy planning
- Managing territory priorities, identifying market routes and new trends
- Maintain and grow business
- Visit customers in order to explain, promote and recommend your products
- Update sales forecasts and annual sales budget
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have a couple of years’ experience of B2B selling, including discussion of technical concepts. We think that you have the ability to work on your own, without supervision. That you are self-motivated, independent and able to plan your own workload.
- Industry, market, regulations & product knowledge
- Relevant degree in Chemical engineering or equivalent experience
- Use of C4C and general IT systems
- Driver’s license
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish is an advantage) and English
- Travelling, app. 60 days/year
