What do we offer?
We are looking for a business commerce process developer, being part of the newly formed Group Business Process Development team. In your role, you will act as a transformation engine and move the Finance organization into a modern organization, ready to meet the challenges ahead of us and work proactively with upcoming business opportunities. This work will provide a great opportunity to gain knowledge about and be part of designing Volvo Car Group’s financial processes. You will be able to use and develop your change management and leadership skills, working cross all areas within Volvo Car Group.
What you will do
• Drive and develop efficient financial processes to meet business models and customer needs.
• Drive the digital transformation to ensure flexibility, scalability, enabling business insights and governance when it comes to business commerce.
• Scoping of new/changed business- and operational models to provide necessary decision making material.
• Set clear technical/digital requirements for business commerce.
• Provide best practice insights and process capabilities.
Who you are
You have a University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant areas and at least 8 years of work experience in business commerce in a global environment.
You are very skilled in end-to-end financial processes and have a solid financial steering and accounting background.
You have significant experience in change management and an ability to develop and transform current and new financial processes to be flexible and scalable for the future.
You are fluent in English, speaking and writing
On a personal Level
You have a deep understanding of business values and financial processes enabling good customer experience. You have a proactive approach with ability to prioritize, ensure ownership and drive results. You have strong communication and networking skills, know how to deal with different perspectives, always having a positive mind-set.
