Emric (part of Tieto) helps our customers solve their most critical business challenges, improve leasing processes and gain a competitive edge! We want to reinforce our Software Delivery team and are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst in the Leasing sector.
As an agile Business Analyst (BA) we offer you a challenging position with excellent development opportunities in our Leasing Administration team within Software Delivery.
The employment is based in Stockholm but might also involve traveling to other Emric offices and customers. Emric has installations in 24 different countries, 60 individual banks and credit companies as clients and is the largest vendor in Scandinavia in its segment.
Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst
The BA role in Emric is crucial for the customer experience! You work in direct relationship with customer stakeholders within the banking and finance sector during critical phases of the solution and project lifecycles. As a BA you are also responsible for ensuring that customer-driven development is in-line with our Leasing product suite. The BA role acts across the business and IT domains, so your ability to capture and analyze business requirements as well as the ability to translate and communicate them to development and implementation colleagues, is essential.
As a BA you are part of a dynamic, motivated and highly skilled agile team, with a great customer focus. You will manage planning, execution, and reporting of required activities to ensure deliveries of our leasing solutions with high quality and customer satisfaction – you are responsible for the product-based customer solution to be delivered. You will interact with customer business and IT representatives during customer demonstrations, training, validation and acceptance tests and production start support. We expect you to proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to project management.
The BA role is part of an Emric Business Analyst community located in Stockholm, Belgrade and Kalix.
We expect you to have
- A few years of experience as a Business Analyst or other relevant requirements work
- An ability to plan and conduct customer workshops
- Requirement documentation skills based on standard methods and tools
- A relevant university degree
- Experience from delivery of product-based software solutions or services
- Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is a merit
