Celemi is now on an exciting journey and they are looking for an Account Manager to join their global sales team. As Account Manager at Celemi you will become part of an international and dynamic team. Alongside talented and experienced colleagues, you will have great opportunities for development in your professional role. You will work at their HQ in central Malmö. As Account Manager you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and report to the Sales Director.
Your work assignments
As Account Manager you will identify and prospect clients and increase revenue streams within our portfolio through new and existing customers. You will follow up on incoming leads through identifying and clarifying our customers’ needs. Based on this information you will negotiate and propose the best possible solution for the customer. You will interact and coordinate, on a global basis, with the rest of the sales-team and staff members in other departments working on the same account. Conducting and facilitating training seminars based on our business simulations is an important part of this role.
You must be willing and able to travel internationally.
The ideal candidate that we seek should have 3-5 years of experience working in this field. You should have a proven track record within sales and strengths in budgeting and forecasting your monthly and annual sales performance. You should have a relevant education and it is a strong advantage if you have worked with B2B sales before. It is also an advantage if you have experience from the IT industry and a passion for IT and digital solutions. You should have experience of working in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
It is imperative that you can communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. A good understanding of Swedish would also help you communicate with colleagues and suppliers. It is a further advantage if you speak additional languages, preferably French.

You should be passionate about customers and sales as well as well-adept at building long-term relationships on all levels. It is also important that you are structured, a strong communicator and a team-player. We have an open-minded atmosphere at Celemi and you will work closely with the management. You are expected to take full responsibility, to help when needed and to drive initiatives within your area of responsibility.
