The Homogenizer Technical Product Management group in business stream Key Components is now recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to work in our Technical Support team.
Homogenizer is one of four key components in the business stream Key Component. The brand name for our homogenizers and high-pressure pumps for liquid food is Tetra Pak Homogenizers. Homogenization is a process that effectively reduces the size of solid particles and liquid globules, improving the quality and stability of the treated product. Tetra Pak® homogenizers and high-pressure pumps are specially designed for food applications.
As a Mechanical Engineer you will work independently as well as a part of a team with technical support and technical investigations. Claim handling and investigations will be a part of your daily work. You will on a daily basis work close to our Market Companies and cluster all over the world with technical issues and support.
You will work in a dynamic organization where you as a member of our engineering and development team also will have close contact with our production and our marketing team. The position includes approximately 50 travelling days/year.
- Technical support to customers
- Drive and coordinate technical investigations
- Claim handling and support
- Coordinate field tests and field investigations
- Technical training for customers and service staff
As a person you have a strong personal drive to deliver. You have a strong and wide technical interest and your technical curiosity makes you solve problems in a persevering way. You will have to be able to handle a variety of technical support tasks at the same time under time pressure. You are a team player and able to communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a supportive way.
The successful candidate possesses a Technical degree within Mechanical Engineering combined with at least three years from Mechanical Engineering. Experience from working with processing equipment as process engineer or service engineer is a good background Fluent in English, both oral and written is mandatory.
