What you’ll do
You will be part of a dedicated team working closely together with business stakeholders and National Sales Companies within EMEA. The scope of your work will be to define and collect requirements for Consumer facing products and services to secure EMEA business specifics needs and requirement in the digital development. You will be part of the EMEA CED team, reporting to the Director Consumer Digital EMEA.
Volvo Cars CED EMEA is looking for a new great team player with the following responsibilities:
- Collect the EMEA business specifics needs and requirement in the digital development
- User Journey mapping to secure usability
- Perform Pre-studies and deep dives
- Facilitate workshops
Do you fit the profile?
Please provide detailed information about your experience in the following areas:
- Documented senior experience and successful achievements and work within digital consumer mainly in the area of web and digital commerce
- Strong presentation and communication skills with great structure and process driven thinking
- Process mapping experience using various tools (i.e. Flowcharter)
- University degree in relevant field
- Formal facilitation and chartering training
- Work experience from visualising and analyse customer touch points and creation of consumer journey mapping
Our team is looking for a dynamic personality with great drive, fluent in English (written and spoken).
